Our team utilises top-end engineering design software packages to analyse and optimise the design, streamlining the prototyping process and reducing timelines. A physical prototype is then built and extensively tested before rolling out production.

ELECTRONIC SAFETY

We have been developing and supplying electronic safety products for over 16 years, focusing on providing innovative safety-related products that assists our customer base in meeting their safety targets and increasing productivity.

Our primary objective is to provide a single source supply for reliable and accurate warning, locating and monitoring systems capable of operating in harsh conditions. This includes Proximity Detection Systems(PDS) as well as Collision Prevention Systems (CPS).

CPS

The Collision Prevention System (CPS) uses advanced sensing technology to detect the presence of pedestrians, vehicles, or objects and warn both the operator and pedestrian of potential danger. The system can automatically execute relevant engineering controls to prevent collision, making it a valuable safety measure in high-risk environments. 

Additionally, the CPS can be customised to accommodate a range of different equipment and is capable of tracking the location of pedestrians and vehicles, which enhances production efficiencies and facilitates emergency locating. The data from the CPS can be analyzed using software to identify unsafe behavior and optimise machine movements, improving traffic management and reducing the risk of accidents.

PDS

The Proximity Detection System (PDS) uses sensing technology to detect the presence of pedestrians, vehicles, or objects and provide an audible and visual alarm to warn both the operator and pedestrian of potential collision. 

 The system can be adjusted to accommodate the specific requirements of the working area and is capable of locating pedestrians and vehicles underground and on the surface, which enhances production efficiencies and facilitates emergency locating. Furthermore, the data from the PDS can be analyzed using software to identify patterns indicating unsafe behavior or unproductive use of assets, which allows for improvements in traffic management and optimisation of machine movements.
